Under the leadership of Dr Valentin Langen, we set up the WAGNER Group Incubator in just three weeks at the beginning of 2017. It was aimed specifically at corporate incubation managers and offers a platform for hands-on exchange and best practice experience.

The focus of my work was on a study about the potential of cooperation between corporates, start-ups and ecosystems. As part of the Open Innovation study, more than 30 expert interviews were conducted throughout Germany. The study describes the different organizational models for a professional return and the establishment of an Open Innovation culture in the company.As a result, seven guidelines for the second wave of Open Innovation emerged.
