Current projects I work on are covering AviAlliance's and its shareholding airports' ambitions to reach net zero with a focus on SAF, net zero roadmaps, and energy mixes. Furthermore, I work on the optimization of the use of airport infrastructure in the short, medium, and long term.

Responsibility for the quality assessment and customer care for English speaking customers. Development of a evaluation system for the collected customer feedback. Quality checks for hotels, transportation, restaurants, and activities. Creation of new itineraries and activities for tourists.

Supported the Aviation Department during a major airport acquisition project with a focus on due diligence, Opex modelling, reorganization and optimization of organizational structures, and a definition of a regulated asset base (RAB).Additionally, supported in the traffic forecasting by preparing a market analysis, preparation of benchmarks, SWOT analysis, and the evaluation of flight plans.
