Coordinated validation of vSphere hypervisor crypto module against FIPS 140-2.Managed PKI certificate deployment for secure VM authentication.To address this issue, we worked with support managers to establish the Customer Solution Center (CSC) team whose charter is to assist customers (both internal and external) with complex post-sale issues relating to contracts, accounts and licenses.We pulled a team of customer service reps, backfilled their roll and trained them to expedite solution implementation and enable customer to upgrade, redeem and activate licenses.For the product launch, we worked with support managers to allocate extra manpower, form new teams, provide extensive training, prepare partners, communicate messages to internal and external customers, to be ready to deliver and meet support level agreements.We established contract management practice within the support organization that enabled support to be more prepared than ever in the history of VMware for this major product launch.After many successful projects for the support organization including new infrastructure implementation and new processes for supporting key new product launch, and in keeping with operational efficiency and excellence. On October 2009, I joined the new function within VMware, called Digital Supply Chain, which supports and manages workflow from product release to marketing launch to customer consumption (installed and supported).This is a strategic VMware investment that provides cost savings, and improved end-to-end customer experience.

Previous VMware role:Working with VMware IT and Hitachi Data Consulting teams we successfully implemented the largest infrastructure improvement project in VMware history.
