- Supervise Patrol Lieutenant and Patrol Sergeant positions, applying principles of transitional leadership to ensure continued long-term excellence in policing.
- Develop training and growth strategies, conduct performance evaluations, and implement disciplinary action for subordinate officers.
- Command the Field Training Program for on-boarding of new officers, including overseeing two Field Training Managers and twelve Field Training Officers.
