Fidelis Cybersecurity is a cybersecurity software company with two essential products:- a Hybrid CNAPP platform, aka Halo, formerly CloudPassage, which evolution I led- an Open XDR platform with deception capabilities, aka Elevate• Proposed and implemented pricing models to meet the growing European privacy and information protection demand, initially targeting $1.5M revenue growth.• Automated and tuned integration with Salesforce to provide a better buyer's journey for trials, resulting in leads being qualified in hours rather than weeks.• Custom-tuned the CIS Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) Benchmark findings to meet hybrid requirements when used within the Azure for Operators ecosystem.• Launched the first configuration benchmark for Azure CBL-Mariner on the Ampere platform.• Using market research and customer interviews, defined a strategic roadmap to transform Halo into the first Hybrid Cloud Native Application Protection Platform (CNAPP) protecting data center and cloud assets from shift-left to detection and response, including integration with Fidelis open (eXtended Detection and Response) XDR security portfolio.• Co-managed activities and backlogs for three globally distributed engineering teams.• Educated the DevOps team on the FinOps Foundation framework, resulting in a 20% compute cost reduction for our global shared back end..• Optimized the "Customer Request For Enhancement" process to obtain a manageable backlog (from 1,000 requests to less than 20) and ensure all requests could be reviewed, prioritized, and scoped within one week of documentation.

ClearDATA is a Healthcare exclusive cybersecurity and compliance service provider that evolved from protecting healthcare data in data centers to protecting healthcare data on all three major public clouds leveraging the Cyberhealth (formerly Comply) platform and Managed Services.• Built the pricing models and then productized the billing platform for the ClearDATA SaaS and Managed Services offerings.• Defined and implemented a billing system that allowed managing AWS reservations in customer accounts, decreasing our direct cloud costs by 8%, then later leveraged a FinOps partner to close to double these savings.• Educated growing CSP customers on Azure economics to migrate them to Enterprise Agreements and leverage upcoming Saving Plans.• Led the team that accelerated ClearDATA's Azure and Microsoft 365 Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) offering, working closely with customers to increase adoption in critical accounts.• Maintained public and private offers in the Azure marketplace to simplify and better secure at-scale ClearDATA observability in over 350 customer subscriptions in a multi-tenant environment.• Partnered with Microsoft product teams to accelerate the Azure Lighthouse, Arc, and Policies implementation.• Accountable for the ClearDATA Azure development tenant, including Azure AD, M365, and DNS management.• Analyzed customer compliance deviation in the top 10 cloud services to derive critical controls to prioritize less-used cloud services.• Led the creation of ClearDATA's next-generation Continuous Healthcare Compliance SaaS offering, which became the CSPM component of ClearDATA's Comply.• Enrolled ClearDATA in the Microsoft Cloud Solutions Provider (CSP) program and later migrated subscriptions to the Azure plan for better end-customer economics.• Previously product managed ClearDATA's Managed Services offering for Healthcare Compliance on top of AWS, including graduating our partnership to Advanced within six months of enrollment.

• I was part of the Dell IT Emerging Technologies and User Experience team, enabling cloud adoption within Dell IT. I also represented Dell IT at customer and industry events like the OpenStack and Red Hat summits.

• As part of the Dell exploratory efforts around delivering a public cloud platform, I was responsible for defining all technical and financial aspects of potential infrastructure options for providing OpenStack-based public and private clouds.

• I led the Research and Development (R&D) team responsible for defining and validating infrastructure options to support the Rackspace public cloud portfolios, concentrating on OpenStack Nova and Swift.

• I led an internal evangelism effort to disseminate Cloud knowledge to the Managed Hosting customer-facing account teams and provided best-fit expertise to existing hosting customers

• I led and managed the product and engineering teams, looking after infrastructure offerings and launching multiple hardware platforms and operating system refreshes, including Rackspace's first foray into virtualization/cloud in close collaboration with VMware.

• I drove the evolution of SAVVIS’ private network platforms, including general-purpose VPNs and mission-specific financial data networks.

I was managing the teams looking after the planning and delivery of the BT/Concert global packet switched network (CPS/Tymnet, over 4,500 nodes worldwide) which frame relay infrastructure also became the basis for a global IP-based dial-up platform.
