While I have extensive knowledge of finance and insurance, I still keep a fresh, human-centric perspective to every venture. As the Founder and Managing Partner of Silicon Pauli, I lead a team that puts humans first by helping financial institutions and insurance companies build, test, and launch new ventures and digital products. Since 2018, Silicon Pauli has partnered with organizations like Sparkassen Finanzgruppe, Deutsche Bank Group, Volksbanken, LVM, Talanx, and Enpal to explore new business models and implement meaningful innovations.We take a hands-on approach—prototypes instead of Powerpoints. We move fast, think independently, and co-create with our clients to ensure that every project is not just an idea but an actionable venture that makes sense in the real world. This approach has allowed us to develop lasting partnerships and deliver solutions that make both customers and corporates happy.Beyond Silicon Pauli, I am committed to strengthening the broader startup ecosystem through initiatives like our very own Patrons Program and the Vision Lab by Earlybird, where I provide pro bono guidance to early-stage teams. I also speak regularly at conferences, sharing insights on innovation, entrepreneurship, and rethinking established industry norms.Business is one thing, but there are other parts to life that are more important. For me that's family. I am a father of three, and balancing the demands of both family life and entrepreneurship remains one of the last unsolved challenges for me.
