AMB Ecosteryl is a Belgium SME that design and delivers environmental solutions in the field of hospital waste management. They are worldly implanted and in permanent growth since 2010. • Reduced spare parts delivery time by more than 50% and service intervention response time by 70%;• Expanded the after sales market to South Asian countries by sealing partnership with a Malaysian based engineering service company;• Contributed to the continuous improvement of the technology in close collaboration with the R&D team by optimizing the automated system and increasing component’s modularity;• Generated standardizes after sales documentation and “in house” training program for both After Sales Engineers and foreign customers in order to optimized the installation process and reduced the technology appropriation time for the end user; • Grew the After Sales team originally composed of 1 engineer based in Belgium to a team of 3 engineers based in Belgium, one based in Columbia and another one based in Malaysia.
