As Contoller & Business Manager, I manage all financial & accounting operations, transactions, reports, and the quoting & invoicing process. I also manage customer accounts and work closely with Business Development and Project Management teams to ensure the timely renewal and administration of various complex customer support contracts. Other duties include payroll, managing employee benefits plan, maintaining accurate employee schedules and timecards, and assisting the ownership team with various tasks in order for them to focus more of their attention and energy on strategic aspects of the business.

Working closely with the Controller, I am responsible for tracking, recording, and analyzing 10 million dollars of annual supplier revenues. I also assist in the preparation of our monthly financial statements by reviewing the general ledger and preparing journal entries.
