YES is the new employees network within Thales gathering more than 4500 employees across 35 entities and 15 countries. It aims at on-boarding new employees by networking, sharing and empowering the energy of a motivated community. It creates a new stream of actions to foster Thales transformation through the development and the organisation of several events :- Innovation workshops and hackathons- Working group on various subjects as career mobility, digital culture, etc...- Conference and visits for sharing sessions across Thales entities and customers sites

Digital Product Portfolio Management :• Selection, framing and co-investment in 18 high-value MVPs from the aerospace industry (500k€+ investment/MVP)• Support and coaching of teams and stakeholders along the product lifecycle process (preparation, development, transfer, growth)• Spreading of growth hacking methods to support and accelerate the go to market and growth of MVPs• Animation of design thinking workshops with Thales customersDigital Transformation: creation of the Thales Business Accelerator Studio :• 100+ projects coached (value proposition, business model, go to market, value-based pricing, business plan, organisation, pitch)• Formal coach of BIG 2019 (Big Innovation Growth), Thales innovation contest• Over 300+ Thales collaborators and 100+ customers evangelized on digital transformation through Digital Factory visits• Support to Digital Competence Centers: setup (TAS in Luxembourg) and growth (AVS in Crawley and Toulouse)

Strategic marketing to support long term growth :• Analysis of the telecommunication satellite constellation market (orders, market value, competition, forecasts) to support product roadmaps and the strategic business plan.• Support on a new innovative Earth observation platform (SKIMSAT): value proposition, business model, market research, pricing, costing, internal product policy gates (DR0/DR0+).• Deployment of a top-down/should cost analysis tool (True planning) to support early-stage product costing phases.Strategic marketing to support short term activities :• Support during ESA bid phases (make team buy) of Microcarb, PLATO and FLEX satellites• Support to improve Space agencies funding contribution: NSTP (UK), UKSA, ESA, CNES
