I have been a professional for about 15 years. I have always believed that when a client comes to see me it is because of a need to fulfill a wish. This need can range from selling or buying a property or for study (improving a language). In my first years as a professional I noticed that real estate transactions were rarely in cash, it was very common to deliver properties of lower value and vehicles in part payment. It is for this reason that at the end of 2010 I made the certificate of National Automotive Representative. In order to be able to correctly advise my clients when they received vehicles in part payment. In October 2010 I started working with "Create Real Estate" in a small office with three people. Today I am very happy with how much has been achieved over the years. Subsequently, with several crises that the country suffered and a budget to change a reduced building, I began studies in Interior Design (2012). This allowed me to learn how to make project plans and custom furniture to be able to meet the needs of my clients without the need to move (when the characteristics of the property allowed it).I still remember with emotion the math and physics teachers asking me to be their assistant. A fact that was reflected in practice, determining the beginning of teaching as a new direction in my life and revived by the advice of several professors at IH Mexico. At the request of the president of the Colegio of Real Estate and Audiction, I was given the opportunity to be part of its board of directors (November 2016 and April 2021), where I had the privilege of being its treasurer.
