• responsible for establishing a customer portfolio and defining an annual business plan from this;

• Development of Marketing and Business Strategies with the Managing Director
• Responsible for complete recruitment process for assigned roles – from development of advertisement through to placement of candidate and follow up care. Selection/interviews/short listing/profiles/reference.
• As Account Manager, delegate roles to appropriate team members
• Maintaining existing relationships with clients on a high level and establishing new relationships with clients as required.

• Establishing and maintaining a close relationship with the Client to complete a successful recruitment from the start (position description and project brief) to the end (ensuring the integration of the candidate)

• In charge of the recruitment for the French activities: automotive (Renault – Nissan, Peugeot – Citroen, Matra), aeronautic (Snecma Group, Airbus, Ratier), space (Alcatel Space, EADS, Sagem), naval (DCN)
• Mechanical, Electrical and IT profiles: Engineers & Technicians (all disciplines), Designer (Catia V4/V5, Autocad, Microstation), Fluid / Calculation Engineers (Nastran, Patran, Samcef), Hydraulic Systems Engineers.
• Recruitment for the Brazilian agency, specialized in the automotive industry (Renault & Peugeot)
• Working in close relationship with a team of Business Engineers
• Implementation of the quality process (ISO 9001 v 2000) for the recruitment
• Identifying and organizaing specific marketing actions (advertising options, job fairs, schools sponsoring, events, etc...)
