Recruited more than 25 people over 2 years to set up a high performing organization, able to increase materials productivity from 4 to 20 M$ a year over 3 years.- Set up an inspiring & structured strategic roadmap together with the team to define our mission, ambition & expected achievements over a 3 year period (2014 - 2017).
