With continuous improvement and personal growth as my guiding principles, I've now entered a new phase in my professional journey by pursuing a two-year MBA program at the University of Massachusetts Amherst's Isenberg School of Management.During my MBA pursuit, I'm engaged as a Fellow at the Office of Career Success. This current role enables me not only to utilize my existing recruitment expertise but also to guide students from Isenberg in finding the career path that suits them best.I'm particularly intrigued by exploring the factors that drive business success, seeking a comprehensive and managerial perspective.
