My objective is to provide a digital and intuitive journey to our customers to capture the value of technology in financial services leveraging Celent’s data. Responsible for defining and implementing the company’s financial strategy.· Established a financial plan supporting the company new IT system investment decisioning through the weighted average cost of capital method,· Designed a new risk management system identifying threats and weaknesses and aiming at quantifying their potential impact on the balance sheet as well as the solvency of the company.· Defined financial plans emphasizing low-risk incomes and proportionally lower material and personal costs. The result of the new financial processes has been for instance to bind new reinsurance agreements securing the balance sheet stability.

Responsible for identifying key business opportunities and evaluating financial risks derived from the investments required to catch these opportunities.· Implemented a new financial planning model in the frame of due diligence activities and applied it in various cases notably in Poland, Croatia and Albania,· Established new budget reporting coordination procedures to subsidiary companies streamlining the financial communication flow within the Group,· Written financial plans for projects consisting in developing new field of insurance in the Eastern European countries,· Led the implementation of a new IT system, whose main objective was to align core-processes to the overall long-term strategy and better identify the clients margin contribution.

Responsible for developing the marketing strategy for UNIQA Switzerland.· Developed the 2001-2004 integrated marketing plan including a detailed analysis of the overall company strategy, efficiency of key marketing levers. Recommended marketing actions and monitored the marketing budget.· Implemented a 9001:2000 ISO certified Quality Management System driven by a Balanced Score Card. Thanks to the Quality Management System we have been able to generate important saving in the core- and supporting processes.

Responsible for a portfolio of corporate and private clients:· Helped corporate clients to structure their balance sheet optimizing their risk vs. return ratio,· Reestablished new relationship with existing and new private clients in order to optimize their level of satisfaction and increase the portfolio turnover,· Identified specific clients features that increase the probability to build up a win-win situation and therefore improve the return on the clients portfolio,· Analyzed risks factors in the frame of corporate credit business. Communicated to corporate clients the bank decision related to measures to be undertaken in order to improve the credits viability.
