I've been working in the marketing industry for 22+ years as creative technical director and senior lead of a family business founded in 1994 by Kathleen and Charles Minacapelli. My involvement with the family business since 2002 has been but not limited to: web & application development, programming, marketing campaigns, and branding strategies.Alongside project management, I'm experienced in managing server technology, configuring email solutions, handling web security, developing robust web applications, administering databases, integrating e-commerce solutions, and consulting on search engine optimization techniques and social media outreach. I'm also involved in graphic & print design utilizing the Adobe Creative Suite.My areas of web and custom programming expertise is mainly concentrated in custom content management solutions, WordPress, PHP, ColdFusion, and ASP.NET with database solutions in MSSQL, MySQL, and MariaDB. ColdFusion experience goes back as far as 2002 in a range of project opportunities. Building custom, complex database web applications is my specialty. I also have knowledge in ColdBox, a conventions-based modern HMVC framework for ColdFusion (CFML). I'm familiar with high-level enterprise virtual private cloud infrastructures as well as cost-effective virtual private servers. I bring decades of experience in managing Windows and Linux servers to assisting clients with the best practical hosting solutions.My years in New Hampshire, I served as Division Director working to expand the family business to northern New England with long-term client projects and initiatives. Keeping the business in the family, I opened a branch office in the White Mountain and Lakes region of central New Hampshire expanding our graphic design expertise and web talent. I was actively engaged in community involvement while having an opportunity to serve locally on a chamber’s board of directors and heading up the marketing committee as chair.Our core mission is that we don’t just design your website or print material and then let you go.
