Key Responsibilities:• Develop design drawings within strict adherence to applicable codes and standards. • Execute design coordination and clash analysis in collaboration with various engineering disciplines across multiple design phases. • Facilitate effective communication and coordination with stakeholders, comprehending their specific requirements and resolving their inquiries. • Perform engineering calculations and prepare reports including, Grading study, verification of lighting designs and compliance to Green star and BCA standards, calculate maximum load demand, assess voltage drop for selecting power cable sizes. • Design and sizing of power and communication cable containment systems. • Review supplier shop drawings and provide technical guidance. • Assist Estimating department with technical contract bids.

Qatari Diar / Lusail Smart City Crescent park project extending over a total area of 275,000 Sqm including, green softscape areas, artificial fountains & ponds, play areas, Sport courts, parking lots and ancillary buildings. Key Responsibilities:Managing full scope of electrical design development and overseeing construction works related to Crescent Park Project in the vicinity of the Lusail FIFA 2022 stadium. This premium grade park offers a range of amenities including food outlets, a massive parking space and Sports facilities featuring a large football field, basketball and tennis courts. • Acted as the primary liaison between client and the engineering team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. • Developing electrical shop drawings related to power distribution S.L.D, load calculation, load schedule, power layout & Voltage drop, small power, earthing and lighting in conjunction with site supervision on work execution. • Prepare variation orders supported by comprehensive technical justification pertaining to scope gaps, design amendments or additional scope of work. • Review material submittals and design calculations while ensuring compliance to project requirements and local standards. • Provide technical guidance to team members and ensure that the execution of work aligns with QA/QC requirements.

Qatar General Electricity and Water Corporation (Kahramaa) Power Transmission System Expansion-Phase IX. Key Responsibilities:Managing electrical engineers in construction teams working on building services of different power super substations including, engineering, procurement, installation and commissioning of LV power systems including indoor and outdoor Lighting, small power, lightning protection, earthing, Tel, HVAC and ventilation. • Review weekly inspection reports and provide guidance to construction team for closure of open NCRs, CARs, INRs and make sure all findings are complied. • Establish delivery and installation programs for electrical construction works, managing material flow, manpower and equipment’s to achieve resource optimization and meeting deadlines. • Coordinate testing, commissioning, handing over and preparation of operation and maintenance manuals, SPIR, as-built drawings, asset register and warranty certificates for final dossier.

Key Responsibilities:Executing Electrical & instrumentation works related to upgrade of main export crude oil tank farm which includes EPIC works covering cable laying, main distribution boards, MCC board, Transformers, Induction motors, Lighting, cathodic protection, CCTV, PAGA, Field detectors and transmitters (gas detectors, flame detectors, radar level sensors, MOV’s). • Coordinating site installations, testing and commissioning with sub-contractors and maintaining compliance with project quality assurance and international standards. • Executing all shutdown works within allocated time frame and up to client satisfaction. • Initiating Permit to work for safe execution of electrical works within hazardous areas and maintaining a zero LTI safety record throughout daily site work.
