As a consultant in Project Management for Airbus R&T, my daily job is to help build strong R&T projects :- discussing the technical goals of the project with potential Associates (Dassault, Safran, Thales, others...),- creating the project's WBS accordingly,- selecting partners (specialized small/medium companies and/or research labs) where necessary,- building the overall budgets (Associates & Partners),- discussing with the Administration on subsidies & reporting,- project follow-up.My main input to the task is my ability to help as an interface between all stakeholders (internal & external), on all topics & issues (technical reviews, budget, planning, follow-up, etc.)

As a Project Manager for the Environmental Affairs Airbus - EADS, my main 2 missions are (1) to support the Strategy team on the Budget & Resources Management (tools & processes improvement for monitoring and reporting), and (2) to support the Environmental Managemanent System team on the ISO14001 certification (audit preparation and results analysis, best practices sharing and benchmarking, throughout-Airbus-networking).
