Ensured personnel conducted proper maintenance on the unit trucks, trailers, generators and other equipment. Accounted for property, supervised 40 personnel and advised personnel on risk mitigation, resource allocation and daily logistical operations.

Led a team of 84 personnel; ensured they received proper on the job training, were compliant with medical standards and attended pertinent classroom training. Moreover, ensured they were ready to deploy when called upon. Accounted for, managed and signed for all platoon equipment valued in excess of $20 million.
