Senior Specialist, Group Engagement & Hr Reporting
As part of my previous role, I was involved in launching the first global Employee Engagement survey for Amadeus creating the organizational map and coordinating the post survey training & reporting rollout. For the later cycles, responsibilities include: Implement & roll-out company wide engagement related initiatives including F2F training, webinars & comms for staff & managers. Follow up & report on implemented activities, including set up of intermediate “pulse surveys” and specific engagement support for teams & managers. Develop and implement analytical insights in collaboration with other HR teams (talent, organisational effectiveness, business units). Collaborate in design, implementation & follow up of corporate cultural workshops.
