Navigate Reserve Studies was created to helping communities plan and forecast now for the future. Reserve studies are one of the key aspect of community management that is often disregarded by Board Members. Navigate Reserve Studies was created to service exclusively Community Associations located in Washington State by providing modern, easy to read, non-static Reserve Studies to Communities.

Leadership:Provide leadership and operational oversight of managers and assistants.Responsible for evaluating current internal procedures, identifying best practices and employing those practices as company standards. Human Resources: hiring, training, coaching of new employees. Financial:Oversee financial operations, banking (approx. $7 million in deposit) and accounting of community associations. Review insurance coverages and proposals. Management:Supervision of the Community Association portfolio (approx. 70 associations)Provide governance, management and operations advice to Board of Directors. Monitoring of new legislation affecting community associations. Business development & marketing: Meet with prospective clients looking for management services.Responsible for the on-boarding of new clients for the first 60 days.

Responsibilities include: overseeing the day to day operation and finances of condominium associations, coordinating maintenance and capital expenditures, creating maintenance calendars, annual budgeting, addressing concerns of Board of Directors, attending Board meeting, review of governing documents and State laws, regular inspection of properties, and more!
