Current• Lead organizational culture and capacity-building initiatives.• Collaborate with the Director and COO on strategic financial planning and organizational growth.• Represent the organization at public events, meetings, and liaise with the Board of Directors.• Manage direct reports, establish performance goals, and provide leadership.• Oversee the Projects Department, providing strategic and tactical planning.• Manage internal and external calendars, ensuring up-to-date planning information.• Coordinate and distribute organization-wide communications.• Streamline internal processes and best practices across departments.• Lead project development, managing intake systems for opportunities and inquiries.• Support the development of project proposals and manage special projects.
