For this reason, the company will concentrate its efforts on creating a holistic approach to well-being, encompassing fitness, nutrition, and much more.My responsibilities within the company include:General administration of operations, sales, and inventory.Execution of financial planning.Development and maintenance of the website and applications using artificial intelligence to support operations and customer service.End-to-end management of purchasing and importing processes, from negotiating with Chinese and Italian suppliers to selling merchandise.Oversight of accounting on the SUNAT website and creation of accounting records.Management of social media for the swimwear brand Jaked in Peru and the gym weight brand Beam.

- Analysis of Financial Statements of companies within the San José Group.- Management of the systems area and Information Security of the group's general office (AGT).- Application development and database management.- Creation of AS-IS and TO-BE scenarios for projects to be carried out.

Main tasks:- Managing the innovation and new business area in the distribution center.- Executing continuous improvement projects in the warehouse.- Optimizing the available space in the distribution center through data analysis.

Information analysis through the DMAIC cycle for 3 textile projects involving color, clothes and textile quality for a competition by INNÓVATE PERÚ. Creation of standardized flowcharts to control processes in textile quality area. Achievement: I reduced the lead times for color, clothes and textile quality approval by 20%.

KON Team is a multidisciplinary and multinational team consisting of 40 top students from the University of Engineering and Technology (UTEC) in Lima, Peru. The team’s goal is to design, produce and race two energy-efficient vehicles in order to win the Shell Eco-marathon competition within a period of 11 months. The team's vision is to promote sustainable mobility and innovation by building two energy-efficient vehicles.By elaborating both battery-electric and internal combustion engine vehicles from scratch, the team members of the KON Team UTEC gain practical experience, developing them into highly-skilled future engineers.

In charge of a storage optimization project using Lean Six Sigma methodology.Achievement - I led the project to reduce the storage's stocks in value by 25% by transforming and selling low rotation items and products. The items were sold and turned into cash.
