I led a project aimed at setting-up the Directive PMO, including the definition and development of the IT tools, in order to get a high level of consistency of practice across all projects.I was in charge of the PMO, the performance management and cost-analysis processes.

I led two projects aimed at developing and testing applications in order to support different business processes for the following Deloitte & CO clients:- the first one related to fixed-assets information gathering and validation process for the Instituto Costarricense de Electricidad’s telecomunications and electricity business units.- the second one related to the gathering, validation and later updating process of contracts of sites for Movistar Argentina.

I led two consulting projects for Entel (One of the leading Telcos in Chile):- the first one related to the implementation of world-class software for Network Performance.- the second one related to the design of technical provision and inventory process according to eTOM framework for FTTH network.Also, I gave support to pre-sales and sales process.

I was working, besides the own process of pre-sales and sales, in:- making partnership agreements within national and international companies,- reviewing the P&S commercial offer,- following the commercial strategy, - managing the development software projects, and- developing of the consultancy area for the company.

I was hired for Baking Software SpA in order to lead a TIC consultancy process for Fundación Imagen de Chile aimed at evaluating the services installed in the Data Center, analizing the actual TICs needs and determinating the need to deploy a tool to support the main process.I worked in a project aimed at defining and deploying the tool Board in order to automate and unify the main management reports for a group of SMEs.

I participated in a Revenue Assurance Project for Telefónica and Movistar de Argentina S.A. (One of the leading Telcos in Argentina), regarding sales equipments, provisioning, mediation, billing process and discounts, pre-paid reloads and inverse logistics, aimed at identifying all process risks, determining money leakage or revenue opportunities through many verifications, validating them with end users and advising on how to control and mitigate detected risks.

I led a project aimed at carrying out all the required customizations previously identified in an integral consultancy process for a group of SMEs.I led a team responsible for opening a new sales channel on Internet for a mega bookstore, including logistics and distribution processes.I led an integral consultancy process for a group of SMEs, belonging to the same owner and dedicated to different businesses, aimed at setting up the operational framework of each one to integrate the results into a single repository.I realized a feasibility and cost/benefit evaluation to carry out a mega bookstore general inventory.

I led a project aimed at defining the new account plan model which allowed the company to have unified, complete and accurate reports for all the business units, as well as its ERP implementation. I, also, defined the new Internal Control framework.I led the implementation of the Buenos Aires Software ERP package for all the business units of the company. In addition, I was responsible for introducing improvements to the operational and administrative processes. I participated as a senior consultant in defining the requirements for a prospective external provider aimed at building a new web site for managing one of the web sites clients, providers and inventories, to afterwards carry out the designed application testing.

Department: Enterprise Risk ServicesI led a five-month Revenue Assurance project for VTR Global Com in Santiago de Chile, Chile, aimed at identifying all process risks, determining money leakage or revenue opportunities through many verifications, validating them with end users and advising on how to control and mitigate detected risks. After that I led a three-month project at the same client aimed at transferring the methodology and training the company staff to develop the same tasks.I led a five-month project aimed at defining a new unified operation model for the purchasing, pricing, replenishment, stock management, branch management, back-office and account payables processes for corresponding to Disco and Cencosud retail business.I led a two-week project aimed at supporting the revision of the Change Management and Software Development Life Cycle for Teletech, which consisted in identifying the deficiencies of the actual process through interviews with key users and sample analysis, and later improvement recommendations for the identified deficiencies.I led an eight-month project aimed at defining the Internal Control framework and determining control objectives and activities to comply with Sarbanes-Oxley law for Cresud agricultural, livestock and dairy farm business. I led the Control Assurance job for Kimberly-Clark Argentina external audit, including the design analysis, implementation and testing of operational efficiency for a new Human Resources Management application software control newly installed.

I participated in the ATIS Project at Telefónica de Argentina S.A. carrying out the follow up and control of a parallel process to implement a new CRM, Billing and Collection System.

Department: Business Management SupportI participated in the setting up of a RFP for an international tender and later evaluated the offerings (Billing System Consolidation Project) to create a second single billing and collection chain.I was the specialist appointed for implementing and testing Data Warehouse reports for senior and middle range managers of the business unit. I was the specialist in the billing module for large customers. I was responsible for defining, testing and implementing the users´ new requirements for the billing and collection modules from Flexcab and other management systems.I participated in the definition of the Billing on Suite quality process for its later ISO 9001:2000 certification.

Department: Contracts ManagementI coordinated the processing of Contracts and Discounts for long distance calls presubscription process.I was responsible for defining, testing and implementing discount plans and important upgrades in the new main billing system.

Department: Operational MarketingI participated in the functionalities definition and was later responsible for testing a new main billing and collection system (Genesis Project).I was responsible for setting up a Quality Folder for the billing process identifying inputs and outputs, defining flags and action plans to solve identified problems.

Department: Billing Planning and ControllingI was responsible for the international calls analysis to identify the reasons why some were not billed and to propose preventive and corrective actions.I was responsible for controlling the process and execution times of the main billing system aimed at optimizing the processing time of critical invoicing cycles.
