Within the Planning, Controlling and Financial steering division of Allianz France, I joined the team in charge of 3-year budget planning for the whole company perimeter. I was put in charge of the steering and allocation of a financial envelope of c. €100m per year on specific cost items. Moreover, I contributed to several projects to enhance the team's understanding of some categories of general expenses and to implement efficient and reliable models to project their evolution.Finally, I animated discussions with external consultants to incorporate the impact of determined procurement evolutions into Allianz budget.The conclusions of my work were presented to Allianz France Executive Committee, in order to plan subsequent meetings with Allianz SE.

As a member of the 15-people BNP Paribas ECM team in Paris office, I took part to numerous pitches across EMEA, covering the whole sector span. I gained technical expertise on ECM products as well as a better understanding of the financing options and arbitration of listed companies.Especially, I directly worked on the following mandates: • UniCredit €13bn rights issue (Italy) • Gestamp Automoción €3.2bn IPO (Spain) • Neinor Homes €1.3bn IPO (Spain) • SNAM €400m equity-linked bond issue (Italy) • WDP €180m ABB (Belgium) • PAI Partners' €140m ABB on Kaufman&Broad (France)I also administered the weekly market update monitoring ECM activity, sent to all European offices.

After half a year as project manager, I joined the administration board of the 'Junior Entreprise' as Head of the division of studies. In this position, I was responsible for: • all the responses to calls to tenders • the direct management of ten project managers • the draft of all commercial propositions • the quality check of all legal documents • the preparation of the yearly auditOn this year, my division signed 16 missions, generated 33% more revenue and we had a 90% satisfaction score.

I worked with professors of the UPV and a PhD student on his thesis about the development of recycled concretes using fine recycle aggregates. I was very autonomous on this project and was free to submit my ideas and to follow my own operating protocol subject to the authorization from the professors.Over the first weeks, I studied several thesis to gain knowledge on the concrete field. Then, I established a virtual model for various configurations and discussed them with the academic team.Afterwards, I realized flexion and compression trials to determine wether the recycled aggregates were able to replace a part of cement in the composition of high resistance concrete. The experiment showed that these aggregates not only fitted but provided the concrete with an even greater resistance.The outcome of my research was published and presented during the Second International Conference on Concrete Sustainability.
