As Project Manager for the COA project, I led the relocation of the Monitoring Service from Curitiba to Córdoba. This initiative resulted in cost savings and operational improvements through the reorganization of structures and training. By aligning our region with the business model used by the SSC of France, Iberia, and the Black Sea, we were able to increase operational skills and quality.

I was responsible for the technical actions required to migrate the BAAN system to the Renault PSFp system. This was a strategic project for the Renault Group involving over a hundred participants from five countries, which lasted for a year. We successfully implemented it in the Córdoba, Curitiba Utilitarios, Curitiba Motores, and Cormecánica Chile plants, without impacting production.

Project Manager for the reorganization of the Manufacturing Pilotage and Tracking System at the Santa Isabel Factory. It was the Renault plant that migrated from the previous SVM system to PSFv in the shortest time. The project lasted 1 year and was implemented in 3 phases without any impact or loss of production.
