As an expert in using and troubleshooting the Qualtrics XM Platform, I consult with a diversity of customers, both academic and corporate, on a daily basis and provide product support to create and maintain effective workflows. I have developed expertise in triaging and troubleshooting technical issues, and have been able to work closely with senior level employees within Qualtrics and at client companies to optimize user experiences, providing world-class product support.Outside of my direct role, I disseminate the XM culture and Qualtrics brand to local small businesses in Austin, TX.
