- Led and participated in several deals (sell-side) in land development in Argentina, focusing on single family homes and multi family developments.- Preparation of Pitch Books & Presentations for potential developers, including market research analysis, investment proposals, potential transaction benefits and related topics.- Application of different valuation techniques (DCF and Comps) in diverse deals across real estate.- Interaction with the manager and shareholder on a daily basis.
