Provide innovative support to Kiewit projects across North America, primarily pre-bid design to large scale design-build highway and rail transportation project pursuits.

Field Engineer: Drainage, Duct Bank & Roadway/Grade Crossings- Lead and supervise field crews on a daily basis with planning, scheduling and resource management- Track and manage cost performance of field operations - Work directly with City and Metro inspectors to ensure quality and steady production- Responsible for all material procurement and delivery for storm drain construction- Coordinate with Los Angeles County Flood Control to obtain relevant permitsChange Order Estimator, Contract Administration- Identify and resolve changed field conditions/design discrepancies for storm drain construction - Coordinate preparation of Change Order estimates with design and construction teams- Participate in the presentation and negotiation of Change Orders with Project Owner
