As the general manager for the Buenos Aires office the main goal was to increase the volume of business of this branch. With a strong work in the commercial relationship with customers, I helped to incorporate major clients such as Facebook, Accenture, HSBC and Citibank and continuing delivering projects for the existing client’s portfolio. In two years, I developed the original basic team of three people to a multi-professional crew of 20 people.

As responsible of the architecture department of Argentina I was in charge of developing the portfolio of new retail projects and renovations requested by internal clients from the technical due diligence phase to the delivery of works. Having started as a project manager for the retail bank industry, from the third year and on, I took the role of group leader coordinating different portfolios and also advising the clients in the real state feasibility analysis.

As first responsible of the course of Events Planning in this university, I developed its content from scratch, designing the classes, choosing the bibliography and also the team. The course included the planning and organisation of mock events.

I was part of the Operations department as an assistant for the planning, design and technical coordination of commercial exhibitions and congresses.
