I currently manage aspects of technology in the business. My aim is to provide tools to both my colleagues and clients that make their work easier and provide insights using data. Navigating the line where technology and psychology intersect is a key aspect of my work.My field of specialisation is psychometric assessment, particularly the development of valid and reliable tools appropriate for the South African context. I have a passion for research and working with data. I have co-authored articles published in peer-reviewed journals, contributed to book chapters, and read a number of papers at local and international conferences.
