Responsible for identifying new and emerging technical solutions and developing the commercial models to support R&D projects. Preparing business cases for major infrastructure investments within a complex commercial and regulatory framework.Previously accountable for 90% of revenue and cashflow for TransGrid, a $10 billion entity, through my role leading the last two regulatory Revenue Determinations. I secured $7 billion in revenue for the business over that time and also led the pricing team, ensuring stable and reliable cashflow.At NSW Treasury I led the energy team with shareholder, policy and regulatory responsibilities for the entire NSW retail, generation and network portfolio. I co-chaired the Inter-State Steering Committee that rewrote the National Electricity Rules for Distribution networks, restructured the energy Boards for the full NSW energy portfolio, managed the energy team during the strategy phase for the NSW retail and generation privatisations and led the Shareholder team during the transaction phase of the privatisation.
