Lately leaving the operational environment to join the Coaching Team of Neumann Gruppe that links the operational companies to the NG holding.Coffee business is driven by passion. That is the fascinating and motivating extra in my daily work for over ten years already. Grown by smallholder farmers around the world ranging from subsistence to highly professional farming, coffee continues being an energetic product with a complexity not only felt in the cup you drink, but from the seed and throughout the supply chain and certainly in trading.
