This involved working with consultants to identify key development areas and new and existing accommodation providers to help them create a quality visitor offering, that also meets the legal and safety requirements. I also created a programme of business resources and support programmes to assist tourism businesses focus on developing an experience to meet visitor expectations and fostered through schemes and industry training.
