I have been gathering scientific knowledge since I signed up to the istituto tecnico aeronautico F. Baracca, where I my first flight expenriences with Cessna 152 and Cessna 172. Here I learned the basics that I broadened by attending aerospace engineering courses at the University of Bologna.In the final part of the undergraduate degree I have focused on composite materials, as I wrote a bachelor thesis about numerical impact simulations on composite components. Therefore, I enrolled for a Master degree in aerospace engineering at university of Bologna. I wrote the Master thesis during the Erasmus+ exchange at Chalmers University of Technology, Gothenburg, Sweden. The work was carried out at the Material and Manufacturing Technology department of Chalmers under the supervision of professors Roland Kádár and Mikael Rigdahl, in collaboration with Lamera AB. Extensive research activity was performed on Hybrix, composite structure in a sandwich configuration, manufactured by Lamera AB.Just after the graduation I joined the calculus team of Hypertec Solution. Tasks assigned to me consist in evaluating numerically and analytically the good structural behavior of ongoing projects in several engineering branches such as the aerospace, automation, automotive, and Oil&Gas ones.Finally I moved to Japan, where I joined PD AeroSpace's UAS Development Group as structural and mechanical engineer.
