Assisted the conference and engagement portfolios by contacting industry representatives for panels and contributed in drafting the monthly newsletter

Conducted tourism research on areas of interest for travel in Taipei, Taiwan and presented findings with department management. Utilized the research to create 3 travel itineraries and revised and updated the official Taipei Tourism Website.
