I am a Paediatric Exercise Physiologist working at the Centre of Movement, Burleigh Heads, QLD. I am a big believer in challenging myself both physically and mentally. My previous experience working in the disability sector has instilled in me a deep appreciation for life and the opportunities it presents. I believe the human body is an amazing thing and we should all be taking advantage of our abilities every day.My passion for staying active, helping others and making meaningful changes to the lives of others is what led me to a career in allied health and in particular within the paediatric space. The most rewarding part of my role is being able to help support children as they realise their potential and reach milestones.
