This role involves managing international students’ accommodation, managing mentors, helping students to choose extra-curricular activities and ensuring the well-being and integration of international students into the local community. Homestay Programme Management: Overseeing the homestay program, including the recruitment, orientation, police vetting, training, and evaluation of host families and conducting regular assessments of homestay accommodations. Matching international students with suitable host families based on compatibility and specific student needs. Mediating any issues that may arise between international students and host families, ensuring a positive and supportive living environment. Ensuring compliance with regulations and standards related to homestay programs and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.Collecting feedback from students and host families to assess the quality of the homestay experience.Developing and communicating emergency plans to host families and students including being available 24/7 to handle emergencies or unexpected situations. International Mentor Programme Management: Overseeing the mentor program, including the recruitment, orientation, training, and evaluation of international mentors. .
