Although I am currently studying Medical Sciences at Western University, I am extremely involved in many other sectors of my life, including the arts (visual and piano), sports (swimming and soccer), and extracurriculars. I currently am the Vice President of Education at the Public Arts Commission, where I plan and execute interdisciplinary workshops tying art to culture, science, business, etc. Beyond this, I am a member of the Multiple Sclerosis Chapter and HOSA Canada at Western University. I’ve received multiple awards of distinction in my secondary education, including the School Champion of two Waterloo Math Contests, and the highest final grade in Mathematics, Visual Art, Business, Healthcare, Functions, and Data Management. Beyond these awards, I’ve received the Duke of Edinburgh Hillary’s Award - one which involves the exemplification of skills, physical recreation, volunteering, and an expedition within a year. I’ve also received Dean’s Honour’s List in my post-secondary pursuits. I am trained and certified in Standard First Aid alongside CPR C.I have extensive management experience within the hospital as previous Youth Team Leader, being the youngest in history to hold this position both managing and coordinating volunteers at Credit Valley Hospital. Additionally, I have plentiful experience in 3B Cardiology, the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, and 1B Surgery, totalling 500+ hours. Furthermore, I have volunteer experience at Schlegel Villages Retirement Centre, playing piano for spiritual services. Finally, my job as laboratory technician has given me experience programming LCD displays and working collectively as a team to ensure the highest accuracy within finalizing a product.
