About Nicole Barrick

My combined experience in logistics, manufacturing and IT allows me to bring a non siloed approach to my work every day. The unique position of wearing an internal and external hat enables me to utilize skills such as strategic thinking, collaboration, decision making amidst ambiguity, showing empathy, finding creative solutions, influencing others, and honest reflection in everything I touch. Most important to me and the organization I work for though, is my ability to build a vision for employees that show a path for development that leads to their career goals.
