As an association professional with 8+ years in the non-profit field I have been able to quickly learn or teach myself the new database systems, including various CRM, AMS, and marketing automation systems. Through learning each of these systems I have been able to gain an understanding of how to extract data and analyze it to meet the needs of each customer or organization as tasks and projects come up. In some cases, this means using my knowledge from other databases to identify new customers, trends and gaps within the system or reports by being detailed oriented. One of my favorite projects was taking the lead to implement a new CRM system for my organization.
