Manage a team of 5-7 individuals supporting an international sales staff of 70; Responsible for all aspects of software purchase order processing from receipt through billing; Process 10,000 purchases annually for annual product specific revenues in excess of $180 million; Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reports for order status, federal security requirements, vendor and internal payment status; Handle escalated customer and vendor communication as needed;Remain up to date on all products and services provided or supported to customers or vendor;Act as a liaison with other departments including sales and accounting to establish an efficient order management and fulfillment process;Proactively query open orders and take independent action to ensure order cycle timelines are met;Perform new employee orientation and training for order management personnel; Assist the Facility Security Officer (FSO) in processing all employee/consultant security clearances; Tracking and maintaining documentation for all contracts; Conduct 100+ background interviews annually with representatives from OPM for employee security clearances;Organize company-wide events, including annual international travel for company retreats, sales promotions, happy hours, etc.

 Managed 15 team employees and additional arena personnel to ensure an exciting game-night arena atmosphere for professional hockey;  Served as liaison between teams (both home and visiting) and the arena management;  Designed and developed promotional materials to include posters, team photos, trading cards, etc.;  Organized marketing events to include: player and mascot appearances, themed game nights, and charity and kid’s club events.
