Current• LFO for global Fraud and New Accounts divisions of AMEX’s customer servicing organization, providing decision support and financial analysis to senior leadership• Manage ~$100M Fraud and New Accounts P&L and ensure 100% utilization of budget• Collaborate with Capacity Planning team to accurately forecast total headcount of 2K+, covering 20+ customer markets• Build and present monthly decks and reports to leadership outlining results, R&Os, and adjustments to forecast• Evaluate monthly forecast accuracy and optimize through centralized R&O process• Partner with Business Forecasting team to track business drivers and link performance to P&L• Built model to quantify capacity and OpEx impacts of monthly adjustments to key metric assumptions• Developed forecasting model for Fraud and New Accounts Annual Plan of ~$100M• Initiated, developed, and led reengineering process for Business Ops to track config and automation initiatives of $3M+• Built COVID specific CapPlan and OpEx model for New Accounts to assess headcount as marketing paused• Calculated unit cost per app for monthly charge-out invoice, distributing OpEx costs to credit card issuers• Created 50+ page user manual detailing end-to-end relationship between LFO team and Fraud and New Accounts businesses- including operations, business drivers and KPIs, capacity plans, and forecasting
