The research deals with culture-led urban regeneration (focused in the Treviso and Belluno areas in the Veneto Region) and is conducted within Aiku Centre and the Venice School of Management in association with Irecoop Veneto.

Visitors' reception and assistance and emergency team (for security)

The project focused on cultural welfare in business environments. Focus and premise of the research: "Occupational welfare has the social aim to better the conditions of workers. Cultural welfare aims at individuals' and society's well-being through cultural activities. Can the two be integrated? Can culture for well-being be applied to well-being in the workplace?"

Edmond à Venise is a concept store situated in the building of Palazzo Contarini Polignac, where cultural events of various nature are hosted: concerts, dance exhibitions, conferences, art shows... The shop was founded in 2018 as an integration to this pre-exhistying art activity: to allowing artists a a space where their work could be an sale and on constant showcase. (Artists who exhibit during a particular event in a part of the palazzo, often leave their work in the shop once the show is over).I have taken care of the following:• sales and customer care;• vitrines and interiors' set up;• relatins with suppliers (contracts, orders, payments);• social media;• organization and set up of dedicated exhibitions (i.e.: presentation of a new collection or an ad hoc capsule collection for the shop) or on the occasion of the participation to specific events (i.e.: Venice Glass Week, Venice Design Week and similar).

During the internship: I assisted and guided an artist in residence, collaborating with the association in managing his stay in Venice.In the following years, I collaborated with the cultural association on the occasion of exhibitions organised in Venice.I took care of surveillance and cultural mediation during exhibitions, and assisted during the set up.

I took care of:• surveillance and cultural mediation during the exhibition;• collaboration in organizing logistics for the stay and transportation of artists, collaborators and guests;• assistance during the dismantling and organization of transport at the end of the exhibition.
