As the head of Sales and Marketing for MJB Corporation I promoted products for Victor Stanley, Inc. site furnishings in Northern California. My responsibilities included overseeing our sales team interactions with landscape professionals, fielding sales opportunities, handling the sales process from quoting to purchase order and providing personalized customer service.

MJB Corporation is the Northern California representative for IRONSMITH & Omega Two Fence Systems. We meet with architects, designers and landscape professionals to help bring their visions to life.This position requires strong written and verbal communication skills along with the ability to develop and maintain lasting relationships with clients. Using marketing materials, I educate customers on product options and work closely with them to find the best option for their project. In addition to managing the day-to-day operations of our sales office I am involved in new customer development and the research of new projects.

As an Assistant Event Coordinator I participated in all aspects of coordinating trade shows for the biotechnology community; from on site advertising prior the event to communicating with the location hosts, vendors and event participants. A high level of organization and strong communication skills were required for success in this position.

As a Production Coordinator I acted as a liaison between the Sales Department that sold ads for publications and the Art Department that produced them. This position demanded attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. Staying focused and organized in a fast paced work environment was key. Requirements for this position included strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to handle multiple projects at once and to work under the pressure of a deadline-driven environment.
