Foss and Company has a bridge loan program, whereby, it bridges its tax credit equity for a period of 12 – 24 months. Primary analysis includes (but is not limited to) the following:- Analyze construction schedules and budgets to determine timing and feasibility of equity installments; which ultimately serve as collateral for the bridge loans.
