The Eating Disorder Foundation of Orange County is dedicated to the awareness and prevention of eating disorders through education in our local schools, businesses, and sports organizations. We provide our community with honest and accurate eating disorder information accessible to all residents of Orange County. We offer individuals struggling with eating disorders and their families the opportunity to meet with others who are suffering through this devastating illness and get the added support that is so desperately needed during recovery. We encourage interested individuals and groups to join together and form a strong voice that seeks to find a cure for eating disorders. Our primary goal is to reach out to our children and educate them on the realities of eating disorders before an eating disorder develops.

Insight Counseling, based in Orange County, was developed to serve a need in our communities that was not being met by private practitioners and other community-based agencies.Our agency was founded to be a unique not-for-profit center, offering comprehensive individual, couple, family, and group therapy, as well as educational classes. Our services are accessible and affordable. Our therapists are well educated, professionally diverse, and passionate about working towards our client's goals within a confidential, safe, and professional environment.Our services aim to improve our clients' functioning, add clarity, and allow for personal and emotional growth.
