Responsible for managing the performance and profitability of multiple helicopter programs to achieve programmatic business objectives of the company and customer satisfaction throughout the lifecycle of the program. Responsible for leading weekly meetings with internal and external customers to ensure goals and expectations are communicated to achieve successful contract completions. Responsible for managing ITAR control items for international customers. Key Duties & Accomplishments: > Responsible for successful completion and delivery of 4 single engine and 2 twin engine helicopters to a strategic international customer, valued at approximately $40 million.  > Successfully managed the on time delivery of estimated 15 helicopters for multiple customers over a 3 ½ year period, resulting in revenues exceeding in $85 million. > Maintain customer relationships with both government and private entities.  > Oversee completions and interface with the customer, ensuring the final product is delivered accurately to customer specifications. > Conduct Preliminary Design Reviews and Critical Design Reviews with customers to fully understand customer requirements. > Issue contract change orders as needed. > Active member of sales team that defines aircraft configuration requirements. > Extensive experience with Middle-Eastern customer negotiations. > Propose budgets, manpower requirements and appropriate schedules. > Incorporate and Manage reporting system which ensures a smooth workflow with effective manpower utilization, ability to track work in process and the identification and resolution of major problem areas. > Utilizes visual management to control and monitor the performances (Quality, Cost and Delivery). > Generates master schedule including workforce and material, sort the priorities to reach the expected delivery dates.  > Assure that completed work complies with FAA regulations, customer requirements and company specifications.
