I am a graduate of the University of Northern Colorado with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology. I am currently working in the field as a Competency Intensive Case Specialist with Larimer County Community Justice Alternatives. I aspire to continue my education by pursuing a Masters degree in Social Work.I am passionate about working towards social justice for the groups of people in our country experiencing the most adversity. The current systems in place are not working hard enough to be just and fair, and large changes need to be made. My experience working for non profits and with people in the community has been an eye opener for me and has inspired me to spend more of my career working towards a larger change.
