I am an experienced corporate and mergers and acquisitions attorney. For over 20 years, I represented clients in complex mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity transactions, major contracts, corporate governance, and general business planning. I also served as outside general counsel to some of Idaho's most successful companies. During 2020 and 2021, I served as Holland & Hart's Corporate Practice Group Leader, overseeing the firm's group of over 60 corporate lawyers. Previously I served a three-year term on the Management Committee of Holland & Hart LLP, which oversees the management and strategic direction of the entire firm of almost 500 attorneys across the Mountain West and in Washington D.C.I have served in leadership positions for several community and professional organizations. I serve on the Board of the Idaho Shakespeare Festival. I chaired the Business and Corporate Law Section of the Idaho State Bar; served as the President of the Board of Trustees of the Boise Art Museum; and have been the Idaho representative for the international legal organizations TerraLex and the Employment Law Alliance.
