My fieldwork typically involved identifying threats to water quality, recording photo documentation, and working with residents and business owners to implement/improve stormwater best management practices. I am experienced with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and TrackIT to write NPDES inspection reports, log corrective actions, and track implementation progress. Aside from compliance activities, my main role on our team is to create educational materials associated with the various Green Oceanside programs: watershed protection, zero waste, water conservation and energy efficiency. Over the course of eight months, I collaborated with peers to design a MATLAB tool which helped air quality specialists identify exceedances to the standard for Particulate Matter 10 (PM10).
